Today IRELA announced that Judge Cohen granted a temporary restraining order at 11:33 am regarding the new 2022 DS-1 Form. Pursuant to this decision, Proper Title will ask that you use the old DS-1 Form until further notice. Judge Cohen instructed the IDFPR to update its website today to reflect that the new form should not be used. There is a preliminary injunction hearing set for April 8, 2022 at 10:30am.
